When you open up explore map it seems to spawn in everything instantly including things like bridge buffs, crates and mid boss.
I noted an exception to this in the form of the boxes and golden idols *specifically* above midboss. I can only assume this is a bug explained by them having a different spawn timing than most boxes and golden idols.
They do still spawn in normally at 10 minutes.
