every time I have to check Verify integrity of game files

My game crashes constantly with errors and asks to check the integrity of the game. The game is very much enjoyed, but these are such a constant crashing is just unbearable, constantly spoils everything, all impression! And in addition, I'm also suspended from the games!

Seconding this, I am having this same issue each time I start it up for the first time each day - have to verify integrity or it crashes within first few seconds of trying to start a game.
