ever since the new hangout room was created, I have a bug where my game freezes for 10-15 seconds in the first 6 minutes of a match

I've tried reinstalling. It seems linked to the start of a match because once it happens, it wont happen for the rest of the game. And its always between 0 seconds and 6 minutes of the start of a new match.

when i change from vulkan to directx it doesnt do it
