Eul Scepter from Dota 2

I think the Eul's scepter from dota 2 will work well in deadlock. In order to dodge skill shots, catch enemy heroes, or simply be used as a debuff.

It'll also be great to have an early game item that costs 500 souls that can be used to upgrade into it. The movement speed items in deadlock feel limited, so as the active items in the game.

agreed I would like it , but ethereal shift is similar in function so not sure they'll add it
