EU matchmaking region is now split up into two regions based on language

I think the system is broken because half of my games are full of Russians and balkanites who don't speak a lick of English. Why am I in the same region as them? When they shout complaints I can't understand them either.

If they do have their own servers then they are obviously refusing to use them because they know how unfun it is to play with other Russians. Russian servers are so empty that you get kicked from queueing after 30 minutes for being AFK, because they're all infesting Europe (actual) servers instead.

I've noticed a lot of Russian players are VPNing lately. They even show up on NA servers. @__@
