eternal carbine reload bug

[cosmetical]

when carbine hits u normally during reload it makes it very slow for a bit, dunno if thats a bug, assume its intentional

this time it didnt fix itself, had to sit there and wait like a sad fuck until it fully reloaded

shadowplay fucked the resolution so dont mind it

Real game issue:

I immediatelly knew i would get shot, so decided to reload for some reason. Then used quicksilver for the damage and reload but reload persisted twice as long.
