Unintended interaction between Escalating Exposure stacks and debuff resistance. The stacks seem to progressively last less and less, severity depends on how much debuff resistance the target has.
Maybe it multiplies the previous value by (1 - debuffResistance) when calculating and assigning the duration value of the next stack, so it becomes shorter each new stack.
