Can't accept invites or create a party, can't start a game aswell. An error reads "You are not currently signed in to Steam or the Deadlock Network is unable to determine your current connectivity to our servers." What to do?

Hey, I actually had a problem with the exe., it wasn't in my Deadlock folder. So I had to completely reinstall everything, even my Steam. Basically, the Deadlock.exe was missing from my folder, so I reinstalled everything.
