(Erroneous Report) Sinclair using Petrifying Bola doesn't petrify

When Sinclair copies Petrifying Bola and hits a target, it will show up in outgoing and do damage, but it won't petrify.

It also happened once earlier. Sorry I can't take a recording, something about running the game at a different aspect ratio breaks snipping tool.

You might not have read the details of Bola?
For Sinclar upgrade 1+2 on the ult must be direct hit. At max level of Sinclair ult you get petrify in the entire area.
I just tested in sandbox too and everything checks out fine for me.
