entire lobby kicked out of game, got banned the 2nd time

the entire lobby got kicked out of my first game. everyone was able to rejoin though however in my second game i got kicked out and everytime i tried to rejoin itd put me back in the lobby. as a result i got a 24 hour ban. please absolve these bans i need to play more deadlock
