Enigma (& Storm Spirit dbfusion for Lash)

Our namesake is dressed somewhat like Miyazaki's Howl & hip-shoots Rubick's staff:
Midnight Rain summons a downwards portal in the air in front of E that drops slugs that float to all enemies in the cone (told with a parallaxed pair of eyes to anyone looking) beneath it. Slugs slow & damage enemies as well as upgrade to heal allies.
Horizon Fold upstages pocket to summon a portal E jumps into before launching themselves from. Time in the portal charges said launch until which point the player's camera controls the portal's orientation.
Malefic Summoning is modal between creeps & enemy heroes: Both modes pulse like E's old Malefice but heroes are only mini-stunned while creeps take more damage and spawn eidolons.
Enigma takes Death Slam from Lash renamed Telekinetic Supremacy. A hero pose like Tom Jung's Star Wars poster & some color cues tell the story of Enigma's greatest theft.

For our favorite cool guy: Lash's eyes find their spark with lightning visuals for his new ult Vortex Whack and otherwise-identical kit. While channeling this ult, his gloves especially glow while he does with lightning when he summons a crackling tether between himself and an enemy. For its duration, Lash alternately pulls himself in along the tether to crunch the target or teleports himself a tether's length from them in a random direction as a bolt of lightning.

Doubling down on Enigma w/ R's TS & a classic pinstrip suspenders but feet not found: ironman-ish pull-together snatchthief support holds in w/ enough color-shows across playstyles

The gun is an underspecific automatic around Rubick's staff made from suspiciously familiar goo and Eidolons are pulled in queue to the Fold too before launching out with after. Maybe a red gem lifted in the offhand gleams as the Rain is summoned

Too-loud colors with a common textured pattern across the various magics and a modest health pool fit well together into a Veigar-ish jester support IMHO. Slugs are red; the portal with oil-vinegarish bubbles a yellow-green edging black, the eidolons vanilla, the ult R's green, & the bullet's E's purple-edged black

So OP it works in Valorant *
Could work with a health pool balanced about so low. The lash ult would be best as a charged-up dash to be connected for the punch storm

To concretize the obvious nerd snipe take, let's say a gorignakish (visually a pile of boulders held together by vines) foil Bash whip-slings pebbles for the auto, throws two vines to god and orbits (5p upgrades to twice) 'around' the world for the ult, slither-ish-ly moves slower with free Ground Strikes whenever falling, splits into semiautonomous microrignaks (heavy cooldown, re- & alt- casting cycles control) & shoots a vine that drains health before pulling both together (Weight sell makes it half a pull, Abrams gets a joke buff. Reworking my murky here)

The Hero Design – Reworked and Enhanced Abilities

Namesake Appearance:Our hero is draped in a style reminiscent of Miyazaki's Howl, with a touch of rogue flair. Equipped with Rubick’s staff, they fire their spells with the precision and confidence of a marksman. A blend of mystic elegance and raw power – an enigma in every sense.

Abilities:

1. Midnight Rain
(Ultimate)
A spell of eerie elegance, Midnight Rain summons a dark, swirling portal above the enemy. From this rift, slugs fall like raindrops, floating in a cone below. Anyone within the cone sees the world through a parallaxed vision—double-eyed, distorted, and otherworldly. These slugs slow and damage enemies while healing allies caught in their path. As the spell upgrades, the slugs become potent life-givers, healing teammates as they fall, leaving a surreal rain of power across the battlefield.

  • Cooldown: 30 seconds
  • Effect: Damages and slows enemies, heals allies based on proximity and time spent within the radius.

2. Horizon Fold (Active)
A grandiose move, Horizon Fold creates a portal that swallows our hero, launching them to new heights. The twist? The portal can be oriented by the player’s camera, shifting the direction of the jump. E jumps into the portal, and the more time spent within, the more powerful their subsequent leap. At the apex of their portal journey, they are launched into the fray with a devastating impact.

  • Cooldown: 20 seconds
  • Effect: The longer you channel in the portal, the greater the power of the leap. Controls the portal’s orientation through camera movement.

3. Malefic Summoning (Active - Modal)
A versatile spell with two distinct modes—one for heroes, the other for creeps. In hero mode, Malefic Summoning pulses like its older iteration, briefly stunning and disorienting enemy heroes while dealing damage. In creep mode, it functions similarly but with more devastating effects—creeps take massive damage and spawn a small army of Eidolons to fight at your side.

  • Cooldown: 25 seconds
  • Effect: Mini-stun and damage to enemy heroes, spawning Eidolons and dealing extra damage to creeps.

4. Telekinetic Supremacy (Reworked Death Slam)
Enigma channels the raw cosmic power of the void, leaping into an intense hero pose, reminiscent of iconic poses from legendary space epics like Star Wars. Color cues flash as the dark magic takes shape—his greatest theft comes to life. Enigma manipulates objects in the area with a burst of telekinetic energy, hurling them toward enemies with devastating force, causing both direct damage and disruption. It's a cosmic theft of enemies' very space.

  • Cooldown: 30 seconds
  • Effect: Channel energy to deal massive area damage, while enemies are pulled and stunned for a brief moment.

For Our Favorite Cool Guy – Lash:

Lash’s eyes crackle with power as he channels lightning for his new ultimate, Vortex Whack. When activated, his gloves glow intensely, crackling with lightning as he summons a tether of electric energy between himself and his target. Lash alternates between two devastating actions: pulling himself towards the target for a crushing strike, or zipping away to a random position within tether range, becoming a bolt of lightning.

  • Cooldown: 40 seconds
  • Effect: Lash pulls himself towards his enemy for a lightning-infused blow, or teleports away randomly with a crackling lightning burst, leaving chaos in his wake.

This reworked hero kit stays true to each character's core themes while adding dynamic mechanics that push them into new, exciting directions. The new abilities allow for flexibility, strategic depth, and an elevated sense of flair for both the players and their enemies.

Don't forget Bash!

Fiend's gate looks good as-is and an extra visual fits a torsion spring on the Horizon fold for launching: Make the kit predatory and keep the current eidolon attack animation. Maybe the gem-fill gun shapes into Grimstroke's brush with a twirl to summon the paletted portal. Re vacuum-animation it's waist-down or ankles only

Tweakings:
Horizon Fold 'chomps' Enigma & then so many extra rings on Fiends Gate communicate the launch's charge. Eidolons line up to be spaghettification-vacuumed in.
Eidolons' liability only exponentiates with gunfire so Malefic Summoning will want an out-of-combat-only 'free' alt-cast to return to: A cluster-mama-duck's-feet farming formation that springs apart on engaging enemies, then splitting up to harass & evade. No one needs any combat hero ever based on a living shield of small humanoids but it is a unique way to farm denizens quickly. Probably still too spicy (thievery is a load bearing theme) the balance goal is a roaming support for snowballing early leads

PS Lash's lightning namesake & (with an infinite animation budget) Bash hold their own imho
