Enemy team wipe patron voiceline frequency too high

The lines "Your rivals are all dead' and 'Now is not the time for mercy' seem to play almost constantly, especially during lane phase despite only one or two of the enemy team being dead, sometimes not even in the same lane. I don't believe this is intended behavior given the nature of the lines themselves.

I was also confused by this, seems very unintentional.
