when using the shop item siphon bullets if you manage to kill the same player enough you can cause their health to reduce to negative numbers making them unkillable from any damage sources if the player you killed buys fortitude they gain back hp however if you kill them again and they sell fortitude there health drops even farther negative the affected player can no longer heal or get health back either keeping them permanently at 0 hp and immortal
