Basically an enemy minion disappeared on this point, with only a red map dot indicating that it exists/existed.
No abilities were able to clear the enemy minion, since I watched the replay I checked the spot with camera if it was stuck in terrain or wall but nope.
It might be that the minion disappeared vertically above or below the map with only the minimap position available to the friendly AI's.
