Enemy Health Bar health fade (white portion of damage dealt) does not show when Paige damages enemies with "Captivating Read" ability

For some reason when Paige damages with Captivating Read, the Enemy Health Bar fade (white portion) does not show, it only shows the enemy health bar post damage:



compared to other characters damaging abilities (see Viscous splatter example)
