Editing build ability order crashes other party members

1. Open a custom build
2. Click "edit" in the ability point order section
Other party members are likely to crash (very rarely has not caused a crash)
Happens both in and out of queue.

There is also a (presumably) related bug which causes other party members to crash when swapping hero, but I can't pin that one down.

Regarding the related bug with swapping hero: it seems that swapping from Vindicta to another hero can cause a crash.
