Editing/Browsing builds stops working when it goes beyond a page

When I'm editing a build and the categories exceed the page limit (requiring me to scroll) I then can't edit the build, change the build, or even scroll down. I can still buy items and go to the other tabs but that's about it. It's happened on 2 characters and now I can't change/edit the builds for them anymore (even after restarting the game).
