Echo Spell (Tier 4 Upgrade from Counterspell)

Inspired by Dota 2 item Lotus orb, this item is t4 , details in the image bellow


Don't know if the stats are balanced but I think the idea of this item will add more depth to countering/parrying enemy spells

For ultimate spells, the item will work like counterspell, i think if item can reflect two spells or one spell will be balanced

my english is not good , by deflect i meant reflect , point target spells will hit thier cast , for skill shots the spell should hit its original cast location
