Since Echo Shard only activates for the last ability, it becomes a lot lest adaptable and less useful outside a few champions as it promotes spamming a certain ability. I think a way to solve this is to change Echo Shard from an active item (you press z,x,c,v to activate) to a passive item with the same cooldown time that activates when you repress an ability that is on cooldown. So instead of going 1->c->1, you could just 1->1 or 1->2->1
