Its probably intended and I would like to post it into the hero forum. Its sadly private so im posting it here.
1. Why are you dropping to the ground as Dynamo when you ult? Seven doesnt while he is channeling. And from my understanding I am opening a blackhole, so why would it be pulled down by gravity when it is in fact for that period of time the most gravity inducing object in the game?
2. As a follow up to that, why is the hitbox for dynamo ult a flat cylinder instead of a sphere? I tried it several times in practice mode and if you pop the ult midair players below you have actually time to evade while players on the same horizontal axis as you already get pulled in. Even though they are the same number of units away from your centre.
