Dynamo rope bug

Hi, there's a bug with Dynamo related to ropes. After using the 2nd skill directly on a rope, the character loses the ability to climb it. Video below (Patch 10.31.24). This bug has been around for about two weeks, possibly longer. Video on yt

Same thing with Ivy on Stoneform. Also rescue beam cancels peoples momentum and makes them drop off rope even without pulling them. Wouldn't be shocked if anyone with iframes gets effected like this. Mirage perhaps?

Wanted to report similar bug and its the same with Ivy, Dynamo and also Pocket if he's teleporting next to a rope with his cloak while in the satchel. Basically it seems to occur with any ability which makes a character become absolutely invulnerable so you can hear that loud notification as you get into rope range while immune. Is a very deadly bug because it occurs in the most heat of the fight when you're trying to escape and seems like it's been in the game for a long time

I just watched an Ivy get hit with this bug on a clips compilation. I was wondering what was happening and the voice over said "She panicked so hard she forgot how to climb" or something like that. This makes a lot more sense.

Is this getting fixed? lol been in the game as long as ropes have been.
