For some reason, when Dynamo does his kinetic pulse, this does not activate the reactive barrier, despite the fact that during this ability your are movement locked. This point is proven further that it is a stun-based thing, when u can use unstoppable to counteract it. If this is intentional, kinetic pulse must be allowed to be dodged away from or reactive barrier should be activated upon it being used.
To Reproduce:
1) Buy Reactive Barrier
2) Have Dynamo kinetic pulse/stomp, you
Expected result: Reactive Barrier Activates
What Happens: Reactive barrier doesn't activate.
