Dynamo + Kelvin Ulti interactions leads to players stuck under the map (2x in one game)

I was the Kelvin, for some reason when Dynamo did something with us under Kelvin Ulti, they went out of bounds. We got teleported the first time around when they warped us. Then the second time they punched midboss gem and got pushed under.
