Dynamo heal lasted a lot longer than it should have

Match 1010182. occurred around 16-18 minute, heal was around 30 seconds to a minute, i survived because of that, my thoughts are it happened bc of kinetic carbine

I had the same glitch. defiantly from kinetic carbine. makes me wonder if anything with duration is timed right it will last way longer.
