Dynamo cannot climb vertical zip after using Quantum Entanglement

If you use your teleport ability (Quantum Entanglement) onto the base of a vertical zip, you are unable to climb up the rope until you move 10ft away and come back to it. I can reproduce this in the sandbox at 100% consistency. Here's where I died to this bug in game.

Please fix this! I love this character and this is a HUGE bug that was overlooked.

Also reported the Grey Talon in this match because she was blatant aimbotting / tracking people through walls / aim lock onto souls as well...
