Dynamo can black hole during E-shift.
Use e-shift first
black hole very shortly after.

The timing is quite hard but could be marco-ed

Can confirm, if someone pulled this without macro in an actual match I wouldn't even be mad

I tested it with warp stone and it is very easy to do.
warp stone -> Eshift -> black hole
It is about a 10% fail rate
