Due to old function, the description of Return Fire is misleading

Not really sure if it classifies as a bug but "Return Fire" says it "Fires a Bullet" which implies it would proc bullet items. I know that it used to, so it's just a holdver

I dont think it applies healbane when it reflects spirit damage either
