Drops in frames using new quick-buy system. (Potentially tied to imbue)

Prior to this most recent patch (Nov. 21) using quick-buy caused no performance issues. However, purchasing items using quick-buy now causes a decrease in frames for no more than a couple seconds at most. I noticed it was happening particularly most often with any items that become imbued, like Superior Cooldown.

Can confirm, I have it happen on every game, on every item I purchase

Happens with every item to me, not just imbued ones.
