I love the movement in this game especially the air movement. I have no idea how this would actually work but in my head it would make gliding through the air easier. The same effect u get when u crouch off a zip line but a reduced version. I imagine that a dynamo could use it to get more glide after using his ult or a seven could move a bit faster in his ult and flying characters could move faster in the air.

Your elevation determines how much air resistance you encounter. Minimum of 30% on the ground to a maximum of 80% at the sky box
I don't know how useful this passive would be so not sure how to balance the stats but maybe could be fun.
