Drifters Stalkers Mark doesn't increase with extra charge or Rapid recharge

At max level stalkers mark with extra charge/rapid recharge does decrease time between charge but doesn't add extra charges.

Yes!!!!, this is my favourite way to play Drifter and am trying to get to Eternus using it, Extra Charge and Rapid Recharge don't work at all. Pls Yoshi have mercy on us Drifter players
