I ulted Apollo and am immediately able to ult Bepop. I thought maybe the first ult attempt got cancelled because Apollo died as I casted it, but then I turned around and realized he was still in the ult. I think it was a bug with rejuv, where they "died" as I ulted them, but it still let me complete the ult. So it refunded my cooldown but the cast was still completed.
