Dottie the Diner Waitress

Let's face it, the world of Deadlock needs a diner. The waitress of said diner? Dottie!

She's quick to serve the fast paced heroes of the Cursed Apple with her caffeine-rich, burnt-black, hot coffee, all the while keeping ne'er-do-well's at bay with her smoke attacks. You can order anything you need from Dottie, but like the sign says above the door, *never order off menu!*

And if there's one thing Dottie hates, it's dine and dashers. Anyone who tries to skedaddle when they haven't paid their tab are liable to take a tumble and have their pockets turned inside out. It's Dottie! Service with a smile... unless you cross her.

Gun: Thrown cutlery. On the slower end, but faster than Paige's.

Alt fire: short ranged scatter shot of a handful of cutlery, tine side towards the enemy.

Melee: Pot of Coffee

1 Smoke Break - Visual debuff. Dottie throws a lit cigarette butt at the enemy causing their vision to become spotty/smoky.

2 Top Up - AOE Team speed buff, a thrown and smashed coffee pot that affects all allies in the area. Refills stamina bars entirely and removes any movement debuffs. For use to escape a team fight, or to join one. She immediately pulls out a brand new hot pot to replace for her melee attack.

3 What Can I Getcha? (passive) - Mobile Shop. Allies may purchase any item from Dottie at an increased cost (amount to be determined). Ability scales to lower the cost of items, as Tier 3 and Tier 4 items would be unfavorable to buy at the lower levels (ex, 8200 instead of 6400 souls or whatever) depending on the situation. This one could break the game and has unlimited possibilities, but I think a mobile shop hero would be extremely cool.

4 Dine and Dash - Dottie throws a stack of dirty dishes targeted at any enemy running away from her. The enemy is stunned until an amount (to be determined) of their souls are siphoned directly to Dottie. The more the souls the longer the stun.

Came up with Dottie this morning, let me know what you think! I saw a few other diner waitress builds, but I wrote all of this out before I saw 'em.

I Top Up, something that interacts with stamina in a positive way surprisingly doesn't exist yet. Everything else is a little weird, especially the mobile shop and siphoning souls from enemies. That stuff messes with the economy of the game in ways that can be really frustrating for players.

This kinda reminds me of Ornn from league of legends. He could forge his own items wherever and whenever he felt like it, as long as he had the gold for it, and the ability was off cooldown. He could also upgrade other allies items. But the actual idea of buying items off of a character is a new one i havent seen.

Stealing souls off of other players is very op. Im all for it, but i feel it needs to be conditional. You cant just stun enemies and rob their souls for free. Thats not very fair. Maybe enemy players have the chance to steal those souls back from you if they kll you, and maybe have a bright indicator over your head, signalling the enemy that you have their souls. idk

visual debuff kinda stupid, reminds me of the blooper from mario kart, literally useless. Will only work if it really covers ur screen. Maybe make it like drifter ult blidning you, or reduce firerate + movement

Passive shouldnt be higher cost lol i dont think worth to use it unless very minimal cost or upgradable to remove cost
soul stealing should only work for unsecured or small amounts IMO kinda unfair, or maybe passive increases time for unspent souls in a big radius around her?
