Doorman's Doorway Not Casting bug

While playing as Doorman, I often encounter an issue where, during the casting of the Doorway skill, the door simply does not place when I press LMB. This is clearly visible in the video, and it very often ruins the Cart Door combo.
I'm using Confirm Cast
