I didnt get a clip of this since my Medal wasnt on, but Im pretty sure entering a doorway the second you get killed can brick your spectate. I was entering a Doorway to escape after killing a walker, and the Holliday barely just got me before i entered, and when i tried spectating other people, it was still stuck on the Doorway.
