The Baroness current is favored towards using stuns or slowing debuffs to try and capitalize on the t3 upgrade allowing a quick reset of the cooldown while forcing the ult’ed player into an unfavorable position where they are unlikely to have a chance to fight back against a teams stacked to kill them upon checking out leaving most players to feel that there isn't really any viable counter play available to them.

My suggestion is to have two possible options to leave the baroness that have different effects depending on the choice given to the ult’ed player.

The new location of the baroness being something with to possible exits whether that is something like a stair well or a t shaped hallway.

The first exit being out to the location of the fight allowing some freedom of movement out of the door into the fight along with some lvl of debuff (something along the lines of a slow/vunrablilty to spirit or gun?) (counter spell or debuff reducer removing the debuff) putting the ult’ed player into a disadvantage upon exiting the ult.

The secondary exit would allow the player to leave the fight to a door that is placed somewhere in the map with a significant disadvantage (something along the lines of a severe max hp(15-25%) scaled hit?) meaning that the option to escape might not be possible given the hp of the player forcing them into a fight verses outright dying(this would also allow for some counter buying with items like debug reducer or counter spell)

The secondary exit door would open to a set of doors(chosen at random) near an objective around the map(with the range given being the two doors nearest to the objective you are currently fighting near) i.e. doors in the jungle near the lane guardians/walkers you are fighting,. While fighting near your patron being your base turrets/sentrys or blue walker) on each side of the map having the ult choose the closest two doors near the player ult’ed. This allowing for an escape without someone from the your team camping the door for a 100% free kill.(this would also allow for doorman to force the enemy into a position where they have to choose to abandon the team fight giving up a numbers disadvantage)

I feel like this would allow for the baroness to feel less terrible when it comes being ult’ed in situation where its a free 1v2+ while allowing for low heath ults to have an impact while still giving the ult’ed player some level of choice in how the approach leaving the baroness

I feel like this would push doorman towards more of the disruption centered playstyle that he is designed around.
