Doorman Ultimate Bug: Stuck in Baroness Hotel

My teammate Wraith got stuck inside the Doorman’s ultimate in the hotel and couldn’t escape.
I tried to get inside his ult and escape with Wraith, but only I managed to get out — Wraith didn’t.
I also took a screenshot.

Pay attention to the escape timer and the moment when Wraith started teleporting.

Hello! I'm the doorman from that game:

Firstly ohmygodimsosorry again I had no idea it happened until you told me. I've attached video of their POV below from the match replay - about 20 minutes in.

It looks like Wraith got stuck at the entry of the hotel, using the ability unstuck her but it seems like the timer runs out and then just doesn't do anything after.

Pretty critical bug I might avoid using hotel for a while if I can help it.
