Doorman Ult spellcast can't be Counterspelled.

I tested whether or not Doorman's initial cast of his ult can be counterspelled (like a M&K ult or Lady Geist ult) and it doesn't seem possible. I believe that, if correctly predicted, Doorman's ult should be able to be counterspelled to avoid being sent to the baroness and it doesn't seem intentional that it wouldn't be possible.
