Doorman ult not working?

This was a single case that I had where I used my ult twice somehow, and neither worked (mainly the first one I'm confused about).

At around 13 minutes, while Billy is chasing me, I used my ult (at least on my screen)
It reset for some reason then I used it again and it did not work (this one presumably because I died mid cast)
However for the first ult, it seemed like the game did not register it, as it isn't even seen in the replay, yet I was slowed and animation locked on my screen. I did not have bad ping or even spikes that entire match, so I don't understand the reason why it would not allow the first ult to go through.

Not checked replay but Billy bashdown "displacement" is actually interrupt+silence without being stated anywhere. It's broken af and I have no idea why it is like that.

Unless it goes through unstoppable, that shouldn't have been the problem, no interrupt message and (on my screen at least) I went through the whole doorman ult animation.
