Doorman ult animation cutting off

Whenever I use doorman's ult, the animation cuts off early and the whole key disappears once I hear a couple of the "knocking" sounds, making it quite hard to time combos for me. The hero I'm using my ult then awkwardly appears out of thin air with no animation and looks janky. The several updates and trying to change around my video settings haven't done anything to fix it.
