Allow The Doorman to join their enemy in the Baroness (alternative cast like Ivy Ult) to disrupt their escape or even race them to the exit. Beating the enemy to the exit could cause the full damage as if they hadn't escaped, or prevent an early escape all together.
I think this is a really skill expressive idea for a few reasons:
The Doorman player has to be confident in their movement to beat the opponent in a parkour challenge (and know if they have movement abilities or not).
Offers counterplay since the enemy could buy slowing items/other movement items to gain an advantage in the race, same with The Doorman.
Offers outplay potential if ulting to dodge an ability that would've otherwise hit The Doorman if he had stayed.
It's not a pure benefit as the ulted enemy could damage The Doorman instead of / while attempting their escape, and The Doorman would also vulnerable to enemy retaliation upon exiting The Baroness. It also trades the ability to easily setup the cart combo for the captured enemy.
It would open up build variety for The Doorman, who might pick more movement based items if they are looking to frequently challenge enemies inside the Baroness.
Again since it would be an alternative cast, The Doorman player must decide if it's better to stay on the map to help their teammates, or hinder their target.
My favourite part is that it's thematically interesting. It would be chilling to have this Eldritch being directly challenging and simultaneously taunting you with your characters deepest insecurities in his own pocket dimension.
It gives whole new meanings and can even act as sound queues to the "Let me show you to your room." or "I'll get you settled." Or "Let me show you upstairs." Ult voice lines.
