I had a game a couple of days ago where a Doorman was able to carry the urn across the map multiple times without it being dropped. I tried to replicate it and failed, so this might have already been shadow-fixed since the game was some time ago. I dont know if they were doing something special to manage that, but it looks like they were just able to carry the urn without any problem.
