Doorman portals sometimes eat projectiles

If your standing right in a doorman door sometimes your projectiles can just not get sent through, this is probably due to being as close as you possibly can be to one side while still not actually standing on the other side causing the projectile to spawn inside a wall and do nothing.

Most likely projectiles are being created behind the door and not entering the portal if you are standing too close to it. Very difficult problem to solve.
