I don't think this exact one has been posted yet, very easy to do, very exploitable. Someone could just sit down there at 1hp and regen and soak the wave for as long as they want, or place a door out of bounds to do various shenanigans. There are similar staircases in yellow/green lanes but they don't have faces sticking down in the back to place doors on, so they don't work.
