Doorman door exploit traps players out of the map

Players on my team were perma stuck outside of the map due to a bugged doorman door. The doorman player was aware of this and used it as an exploit to win the game.

The unstick button was not working to get players back into the map. Quitting and rejoining did not work.

I actually experienced this in a match a few hours ago

The doorman in my game used this to trap 3 of my teammates including myself under the map, I was watching the replay and doorman used ult on Victor and then put a door to trap them under the map and they were stuck in midboss, I'm not sure if the luggage cart they did was contributing to the bug but I'll let the rest of the replay speak for itself.

Here's the clip from the replay of Doorman going out of bounds and placing his doors. For archival purposes and maybe to also help devs diagnose the issue.

Doorman almost certainly doing it on purpose. When he goes under the map it almost feels accidental because he starts shooting up but then its as if he looks at a guide and then places his door in that very specific spot before unsticking himself.

Gonna try to replicate the out of bounds glitch he did on a private session. Unsure how he did it but that needs to be patched asap. I've seen other out of bounds glitches but if that's easily replicated in mid lane that can destroy a ton of games.

If I'm able to recreate it I'll post that clip as well.

Also concerning we're seeing these kind of glitches done in low elo games as well. If this becomes a rapidly repeating thing before it can be fixed that can be a huge problem.

I have slightly good news but mainly bad news.

The good news is that a pot is programmed to spawn in that little area and I discovered that if you can stand on that pot without breaking it you can unstick your hero.

The bad news is that the pot can be pretty easily accidentally broken, hard to spot, etc. So it's not very reliable. In the testing server I have the luxury of the pot auto respawning but in game that won't happen.

The even worse bad news is that the doorman glitch is INCREDIBLY EASY to do. Literally all you have to do is aim at the seam on the guardian's little platform and your door becomes glitched underground. This is even easier to do then the other glitch I helped document earlier today with doorman.

If this becomes even more popular then it appears to be we could see many games absolutely ruined or at the very least disrupted in a very unfun way.

My guess as to why this glitch can happen is maybe a small gap in the geometry? Allowing the doorman to shoot right between the seams and onto the invisible wall below. However I'm not too sure.

But the main thing is that this was very easy to reproduce, first try easy. Hope this can get fixed ASAP. Doorman seems to be pretty broken rn.
