Well this is a funny one but yea you can basically make doorman's ultimate something really funny because the guy can just get it every 10 seconds.
Like when you get your black hole canceled when you are right in the boundary of Kelvin's globe, Quantum Entanglement resets his ultimate like if it was not used or interrupted when cast.
