Dollmaker, summoner with raid boss transformation

I wanted to think about how the Doll Devil from Chainsaw Man could fit as a hero. My favorite point would be the puppets being a core part of yourself but also being disposable along your body and the ultimate, being able to discard safety to obtain greater power almost like a movie villain about to lose.

A bit raw in some areas but thematically I like it:

1. Threaded Needle
Fire a threaded needle in a line. The first entity hit (enemy or ally) is tethered. From enemies gain +1 Thread and siphon life. On allies share health. Can connect allies and enemies at the same time.
  • +1: On hit, you may recast up to 2 additional times.
  • +2: +1 charge
  • +3: tethered allies share buffs, tethered enemies share debuffs.
2. Porcelain Legion
Summon up to 3 porcelain puppets. Costs 3 Threads. Puppets prioritize marked or tethered targets. Puppets have reduced stats based on your own.
Alt cast to redirect all puppets to a location.
  • +1: Puppet attacks apply -20% Fire Rate
  • +2: Max Puppets +1
  • +3: Puppets explode on death, dealing spirit AoE
3. Vessel Shift
Abandon your porcelain body, taking one of your puppets as your own. Previous body turns into a puppet.
  • +1: Gain +20% Move Speed for 3s after swapping
  • +2: +1 charge (may chain multiple swaps in quick succession)
  • +3: On puppet death, teleport back to a nearby body at 10% HP.
4. Dollmaker’s Embrace
Consume all nearby puppets and Threads, fusing them into a monstrous abomination. (Raid boss, think Bob from Overwatch.)
The abomination inherits puppet traits, gains bonus stats based on consumed resources, and counts as a puppet. The abomination is maintaned by Threads, they burn threads at a fast rate and only gain them while being nearby enemies.
Alt cast to also consume your current vessel.
  • +1: Abomination attacks explode in AoE
  • +2: Improved stat ratio per Thread and Puppet consumed
  • +3: Gain +10% ability range
Basically you can get too into a fight and win but die because your previous vessel got destroyed and the abomination form cannot be maintained. I guess you could earn a surplus of Threads in a fight and quickly jump ship? I don't know, I really like this part thematically but I can't cook it right. Oh and Thread economy has received exactly 0 thought!
