Do the bans get resolved when reporting a bad matchmaking bug?

Had a bug causing my game to not allow me to join a match and was left with a 1 day ban that I waited out however 3 games after the ban was lifted I had to be afk because of an emergency for 5 minutes. After reconnecting the game had the note with leaving is permited without a penalty so I assumed someone else left because our teammate was griefing the whole game so I left. Leading to a 5 day ban. I was wondering if this can be changed by contacting someone on these forums but I dont know where to go. i Believe that a 5 day ban was unjustified since the ban wouldnt be this long without the matchmaking bug. It would have been mutch shorter if I handn't gotten the on earlier.

The answer is no. you can take a month break. get hit with the bug and get the next levle of ban. low prio queue and a ban for prob 7 days.

a few months of this bug, the devs dont fucking care at all. no replies to the threads concerning this. not even a thumbs up or a fuckign patch note saying "we will fix this". im getting thrown in multiple fuckign dogshit low priority queue lobbies when i havent ever left a game early or abandoned a match.
commenting this on every thread to show they dont care

Thanks man, its a real shame that they don't care. Good call to spread the awareness even if it is just a bit. Pobably the problem with this is that they dont have in game support to report and resolve this kind of stuff since it is still in early access.

Well the issue is they tell us to go here to the forums to report bugs but yet this has happened a lot, esp over the last month. numerous reports on here yet they dont ask anyone with video proof and go "hmm maybe we should enact such strict measures in an alpha version of the game where we know this type of bug exists"

meanwhile there are people throwing out the N-word in my lobbies who dont get comm banned
