Here's my take on a healing booster upgrade. It's both a healing boosting item as well as a anti debuff item. I thought healing focused builds could use more to work with so I came up with this. I could see this making some characters too tanky though especially with the combined healing buff and healing reduction resist. At the very least the increasing debuff reduction will only work with abilities that heal allies and will not effect heroes that simply heal themselves.
