Divine kevlar grey talon

If you start an ult as as grey talon, but don't complete the ult, divine kevlar goes on cooldown, but doesn't give its stats. May be bugged for other heroes as well.

This also happens with Bebop and Haze. There's a thread from September detailing this bug, so it's been around for a while.
