Despite Divine Barriers description saying it cleanses non -stun debuffs, on testing it in the lobby, it was able to remove Seven's 2nd ability.

It means it doesn't cleanse the "stunned" status effect, so it doesn't stop the target from being stunned after the ability triggers. It can still cleanse the ability itself.
